каждого организма для всех групп антибиотиков (более 20,000
распределений МИК).

чувствительности при сравнении их с имеющейся в экспертной системе
обширной базой данных
- Предупреждение при обнаружении нетипичных профилей
резистентности (например, смешанная культура, вновь обнаруженная

Тест VITEK 2 ESBL предназначен для подтверждения продукции БЛРС, ингибируемых клавулановой кислотой.
В тест VITEK 2 ESBL включены цефотаксим, цефтазидим, ицефепим с клавулановой кислотой и без - Метициллинрезистентные стафилококки (MRS)
Для определения метициллинорезистентности используется оксациллин - Оксациллин МИК NCCLS (OX1)
Тест используется для определения резистентности и МИК к
оксациллину. При положительном результате штамм следует считать
устойчивым ко всем бета-лактамам. Результаты соответствуют полученным
традиционным методом разведений. Интерпретация осуществляется в
соответствии с NCCLS (для коагулазоотрицательных стафилококков и S.
aureus) - Оксациллин МИК (OX)
Тест используется для определения резистентности и МИК к
оксациллину. Результаты соответствуют полученным традиционным методом
разведений.
Для всех штаммов рода Staphylococcus интерпретация в соответствии с CA-SFM - Оксациллин (OXS)
Тест используется для определения резистентности к оксациллину у
Staphylococcus spp.. Результаты соответствуют полученным традиционным
скрининг-методом - Тест на синергизм (Synergy Screen)
Пенициллин или ампициллин, применяемые отдельно, как правило, не
эффективны в лечении эндокардитов, вызванных энтерококками.
Для лечения энтерококковых эндокардитов используют синергистическую
терапию антибиотиком, действующим на клеточную стенку (пенициллин,
ампициллин, ванкомицин, пр.) и аминогликозидом (гентамицин, канамицин,
стрептомицин). Но и такая терапия успешна только в случае отсутствия у
возбудителя высокого уровня резистентности к аминогликозидам.
Данный тест предназначен для предсказания результата
синергистической терапии. Результат представлен как SYN-S (high-level
synergy screen is susceptible, чувствителен) и SYN-R (high-level synergy
